Team # 62 Pulls Ahead in “Race for Rank”
The Quality “Seal of Approval” Went to the Entire Team for week (Final week of April 2008)
Tucson Arizona, Rapid lbk gate: As of this press release, 8 of our Star Agents, managed to score 100% in their remote Quality monitoring and 8 agents scored in the 90% area for the forth week of April 2008..

Job Team!! Our
quality has improved tremendously, that just goes to show what Team 62 is
capable of doing. Still waiting for our Team Lunch, but due to the fact that we
are busy the past couple of days and Joe has not yet received the team money;
we’re unable to set a date. (We’ll keep you posted)
You can be the Next Quality Leader.
When interviewed for this article there were two prevailing Statements:
· Know your Quality Dialogue and use it
· Know your Sales Dialogue and use it, every time it’s appropriate.
You can create your own customized version of the Dialogue, however saying words like You Qualify and “at no obligation” or “free to you” we have Specialists in your area offering “Free Estimates” on:--Then go on to offer all the services available—Do you know how many we offer/? Can you repeat them by heart? If you don't know and if you cant memorize the services-that’s ok. That is why we have scripting. Please ask your manager for a copy TODAY..

********************Tips for the Coming Season********************
As
the hot season is beginning please keep in mind that this may affect the
performance of many appliances beginning with Refrigerators
and Freezer. Questions you should ask customers when they are calling about
refrigerators and freezers not cooling;
TIP #1-Where is the Refrigerator/Freezer located at?
(Remember that in order for
compressor to run properly the unit has to be in an
environment of 45° to 105°)
TIP
#2- What type
of plug is it connected to?
(Refrigerator
and Freezer cannot and should not be plugged into GFI or Extension Cord as this may cause unit not to properly run.
You can find this type of information on the first pages of the Owner’s Manual)
TIP
#3- Also
remember that the hot season may also cause many of the freezers to build

Air Conditioner not cooling;
TIP
#1-If
customer states that air conditioner is only cooling some of the rooms; this is
definitely a sign of duct problems. (Ducts being the vents) And many of us now
that this is not covered by the warranty or any PA.

#2- Are any
air vents being blocked?

Beginning in June, the Company will
conduct a FULL INDEPENDENT AUDIT-All associates with covered dependents who were
NOT INCLUDED in the 2007 dependent eligibility audit will be INCLUDED in this
AUDIT.
If you have any dependents covered under SHC group health plans (medical and or
dental) you will be REQUIRED TO VERIFY that YOUR DEPENDENTS are ELIGIBLE for
COVERAGE.
The Audits will begin in June and Conclude by August.
Some EXAMPLES of REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION include: birth certificate, marriage
certificate, court papers for adopted children, domestic partner affidavit or
registered domestic partner registration.
If you need to request documentation from a local or foreign government agency,
please allow enough time to request and receive it from the agency.
Any Delay in receiving the required documentation could result in your dependent
being dropped from coverage-effective September 1st 2008.
