Never try to solve all the problems at once

If you’re faced with lots of problems

sure you really solve the one you’re working on

moving on to the next one

Effective leaders understand the peak to peak principle

make major decisions

they are experiencing a positive swing in their leadership

during the dark times

decide to retire during training camp
